We are looking for a highly motivated Finance professional with hands-on experience in
Alternate Investment Funds (Category I, II & III) and Mutual Funds
. The ideal candidate should possess robust knowledge of
SEBI regulations, fund accounting, investor reporting, taxation, compliance, and financial operations
. The role requires coordination with trustees, custodians, auditors, fund administrators, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth fund operations and statutory compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesFund Accounting & Operations
- Manage day-to-day accounting for Alternate Investment Funds and Mutual Funds.
- Review NAV calculations and valuation reports.
- Ensure accurate accounting of investments, income, expenses, management fees, and carried interest.
- Reconcile bank accounts, custodian statements, and investment transactions.
- Coordinate with fund administrators for timely fund accounting activities.

Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with SEBI AIF Regulations, Mutual Fund Regulations, Companies Act, and applicable RBI guidelines.




- Prepare and file regulatory reports with SEBI and other statutory authorities.
- Monitor investment limits and regulatory restrictions.
- Maintain statutory registers and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with trustees, custodians, depositories, and legal advisors.

Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in fund audits and statutory audits.
- Prepare MIS reports for management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Investor & Fund Management
- Handle capital calls, drawdowns, and distribution calculations.
- Maintain investor records and capital account statements.
- Coordinate investor onboarding, KYC, AML, and FATCA documentation.
- Support investor reporting and communication.

Taxation
- Coordinate GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Work with tax consultants for fund taxation matters.
