Role Description
The Head of Human Resources is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi,



responsible for leading the HR function and building scalable people practices for a rapidly growing EPC business. This role oversees HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development aligned with business goals, especially for project-based and site-based teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing HR policies, managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring fair and consistent application of labor and employment laws. The role leads employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives, and partners with leadership to develop talent pipelines, succession plans, and learning and development programs. The Head of HR also manages HR operations, including compliance, audits, HR metrics, and collaboration with finance and project teams to support efficient manpower planning and cost control.
