Experience: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities - Recruitment
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Support office administration activities and vendor coordination.
- Manage employee ID cards, stationery and other administrative requirements.

HR Operations (Learning Opportunity)

The selected candidate will also receive practical exposure to:
- Payroll processing support.
- HRMS (attendance & leave management).
- Employee engagement activities.
- Performance Management System (PMS).
- HR documentation and compliance.




- Exit formalities and Full & Final Settlement.
- HR policy implementation and employee lifecycle management.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment/HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn HR Operations.
