What you'll do:
☎️ Speak with a care giver and get caregivers verified
? Coordinate with nannies to confirm availability and interest
? Follow up on verification requests and keep families updated
What we're looking for:
✅ Fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi; English and Tamil are a big plus
✅ Comfortable making 120+ calls a day with patience and empathy
✅ Prior telecalling / customer support experience preferred; freshers with outstanding communication welcome
