Job Title: Finance Executive

Location: Surat (Work From Office)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive with 3–5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, banking, payroll support, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, and MS Excel and be comfortable using technology and automation tools to improve finance processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime and Zoho Books.
- Handle GST, TDS/TCS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
- Perform bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing.
- Support payroll processing, vendor payments, customer collections, and employee reimbursements.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, budgets, and management reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI-driven efficiency.

Requirements




- Qualification: Inter CA / CA Final Dropout / B.Com / M.Com with relevant experience.
- Experience: 3–5 years in Finance & Accounts.
- Robust knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Payroll, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, and MS Excel.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred
- Experience in a SaaS, IT, or service-based company.
- Exposure to MIS reporting, budgeting, audits, and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Zoho Zia.
