Role & responsibilities

Engineering Collaboration

* Work closely with Design Engineers to understand product functionality.

* Attend design reviews and prototype evaluations.

* Convert engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical discussions into customer-friendly documentation.

* Ensure documentation reflects the latest engineering revisions.

Documentation Standards

* Develop company-wide documentation standards and templates.

* Ensure consistency in terminology, formatting, symbols, warnings, and illustrations.

* Create standardized safety instructions complying with applicable international standards.

* Maintain controlled document numbering systems.

Visual Documentation

* Coordinate with designers to create:

* Assembly illustrations

* Exploded views

* Wiring diagrams

* Pneumatic schematics

* Hydraulic schematics

* Process flow diagrams

* Maintenance illustrations

* Capture photographs and videos for service procedures when required.

Product Knowledge Management

* Build and maintain a centralized technical documentation database.





* Update manuals whenever engineering changes occur.

* Archive obsolete revisions.

* Organize engineering data for future product generations.

Regulatory & Compliance

* Ensure documentation complies with CE, ISO, and customer documentation requirements where applicable.

* Incorporate safety labels, hazard notices, PPE requirements, and warning statements.

* Support certification documentation when required.

Cross-Department Support

* Assist Sales with technical brochures and product literature.

* Support Service with troubleshooting documentation.

* Support Production with assembly instructions.

* Support Procurement with technical specifications.

* Support Quality Assurance with inspection procedures.

Technical Documentation

* Create comprehensive user manuals for all VR Coatings equipment.

* Develop installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and troublesh
