Educational Qualifications
- Master's Degree (MBA/M.Com./MA Economics or equivalent) with at least 55% marks from a recognized university.
- NET (UGC/CSIR) is highly preferred.
- Candidates possessing a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline, in accordance with UGC Regulations, will be given preference.
- Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis or are in the final stage of completion may also apply.

Desired Skills
- Strong subject knowledge in the relevant specialization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.




- Ability to teach undergraduate and postgraduate management courses.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools, LMS, and blended learning methodologies.
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled teaching tools and business analytics software (Power BI, Excel, SPSS, R, Tableau, etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Industry exposure or consultancy experience is desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the assigned specialization.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assessments, and learning resources.
- Mentor students for academic excellence, internships, placements, and projects.
- Apply for funded research projects, consultancy assignments, and patents where applicable.
- Organize FDPs, workshops, seminars, conferences, guest lectures, industrial visits, and value-added courses.
- Participate in curriculum development in line with NEP 2020 and industry requirements.
- Contribute to accreditation
