We are seeking a NetSuite Finance Specialist with 5-8 years of experience to lead cash flow management, financial operations, reporting, and forecasting for Ashley Stewart. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on NetSuite ERP expertise and will be responsible for managing AP/AR operations, cash forecasting, and financial reporting while driving process improvements and system efficiency. This role requires a finance skilled who can provide actionable insights, maintain financial controls, and collaborate across functions including Finance, Merchandising, IT, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily cash positions across all bank accounts and ensure liquidity for operational needs
- Track real-time cash movements (inflows/outflows) and maintain accuracy in NetSuite
- Maintain visibility dashboards and provide weekly cash updates to leadership
- Manage the full vendor payment lifecycle within NetSuite including invoice processing and payment execution
- Receive, review, and process invoices ensuring accuracy before posting
- Perform three-way matching (PO / Invoice / Receiving) for all vendor transactions
- Schedule and execute payment runs including ACH, checks, and wires
- Maintain vendor relationships, reconcile vendor statements, and optimize payment timing
- Leverage early payment discounts and manage payment schedules efficiently
- Manage order-to-cash cycle including invoicing, applying receipts, and collections
- Drive resolution for billing disputes and outstanding balances
- Monitor AR aging metrics including DSO and recommend improvement actions
- Develop cash forecasting models to project working capital and funding needs
- Utilize NetSuite tools such as Cash 360 dashboard to model scenarios and evaluate spend impacts
- Support planning cycles and provide actionable insights for financial decision-making
- Build and automate financial dashboards and saved searches for enhanced reporting
