- Manage end-to-end billing operations and ensure timely invoice generation.
- Lead and supervise the billing team.
- Handle billing through SAP/ERP systems.
- Verify invoices, pricing, GST, debit/credit notes, and billing accuracy.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries.
- Prepare billing MIS reports and maintain records.
