We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Verbal Ability Trainer to join the Maharana Pratap Group of Institutions. The trainer will be responsible for instructing and guiding college students to enhance their verbal communication skills and overall language proficiency.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have a CAT percentile of 95 or above.

The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective training programs to improve students’ verbal skills, including reading comprehension, vocabulary, grammar, and verbal reasoning.
- Conduct engaging and interactive classroom sessions, ensuring students’ active participation and comprehension.
- Assess students’ current language proficiency through tests, assignments, and oral evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback and individualized coaching to help students overcome weaknesses in verbal ability.




- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning workplace that promotes engagement, collaboration, and respect for diverse perspectives.
- Design and administer practice exercises, quizzes, and mock tests to reinforce skills and track progress.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in verbal ability training and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with faculty to develop integrated learning experiences aligned with the institution’s educational objectives.
- Provide guidance and support outside the classroom to address individual student needs related to verbal ability improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and evaluation results, and prepare comprehensive progress reports.
