About the Role

Bizaccenknnect is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close positions across multiple industries within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Understand client hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and ensure timely feedback.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer discussions with candidates.




- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
- Achieve individual hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

Requirements
- 1 - 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience hiring for multiple domains such as IT, Non-IT, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, or Leadership roles.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Solid sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
