We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Incharge to manage day-to-day electrical operation and maintenance activities at our project sites. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, team handling skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients while ensuring safe and productive site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical operation and maintenance activities.
- Lead and manage electricians, technicians, and helpers.
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, MCCs, motors, and electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with clients and prepare daily/monthly reports.
- Maintain maintenance records and spare inventory.
- Ensure timely completion of site activities.
Eligibility
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in Electrical Operations & Maintenance.
- Experience in industrial plants, commercial buildings, power plants, or renewable energy projects is preferred.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to travel or relocate as per project requirements.
