As a Business Consultant / Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, translating them into actionable requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Client Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and specific requirements related to projects.
- Business Process Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of client's existing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Requirement Documentation: Prepare clear and detailed documentation of client requirements, including functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Solution Design:



Work closely with technical teams to design innovative and feasible solutions that meet client needs and comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Project Planning: Assist in project planning and scheduling, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
- Change Management: Support clients and end-users during the implementation phase, ensuring a smooth transition to the new processes and technologies.
