- Plan achieve monthly, quarterly annual volume targets
- Achieve distribution in store execution (visibility) objectives
- Ensure quality of products at distributor trade
- Train lead the front line sales force (DOs)
- Distributor customer (retail WS) management
About You:
- Graduate with 2 to 5 years experience in FMCG/Food/Beverage industry with valuable communication interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English Tamil
- Proven sales experience with a track record of fulfilling targets
- Knowledge of commercial and office software (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
