We are looking for an experienced Senior- Talent Partner to own and drive senior and leadership hiring across FlixStock. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing high-calibre talent at mid-to-senior levels across both tech and non-tech functions. The ideal candidate comes with a strong background in Ecommerce or SAAS hiring and has a proven track record of managing complex, executive-level mandates end to end.
Senior hiring
- Own end-to-end recruitment for mid-senior and leadership roles (Manager to C-suite)
- Partner with business heads to understand hiring needs and build talent pipelines
- Drive offer negotiations and close candidates at senior levels
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress proactively
Tech & Non-Tech
- Handle both engineering/product mandates and business/operations roles
- Build strong Boolean search strategies and sourcing pipelines
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, naukri, and referral networks effectively
- Conduct competency-based screening and structured interviews
Talent strategy
- Build talent maps for critical functions in ecommerce and SaaS domains
- Develop and maintain a strong passive candidate pipeline
- Track hiring metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership
- Continuously improve TAT and quality of hire
Employer branding
- Represent FlixStock and GMS professionally across candidate touchpoints
- Collaborate with HR to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Support diversity hiring initiatives at senior levels
- Contribute to building a strong talent brand in the market
Must have
- 8–10 years of talent acquisition experience
- Proven experience hiring for senior and leadership roles
- Strong background in ecommerce or SaaS companies
- Expertise in both tech (engineering, product) and non-tech (sales, ops, marketing) hiring
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools
