Role & responsibilities
- Propose and finalise business targets in alignment with the RSM and also ensure 100% achievement of the same in the defined sales territory.
- Possess a valuable understanding of the market dynamics and market size which helps to solicit the right market share. Wherever data is missing, create data by conducting a retail audit with the help of the sales team.
- Take complete responsibility of the Sales Depot / C&F; with respect to stocks/inventory, sales, collections and the smooth running of the C&F.;
- Setting up dealer targets by engaging Dealer principals in a Business Discussion alongwith with the Sales Technologist(ST). Ensure that ST is always empowered and is a vital stakeholder during these meetings.
- Nurture existing channel network and continuously strive to expand the sales network .
- Provide personal leadership to sales and BD teams and drive monthly incentive programs.
- Ensure that all Travel Claims of team members are approved and settled in time.




- Help Sales Technologists to prepare Account Planning for channel partners and help them to improve their ROI.
- Constantly look at how sales team can increase the number of product categories that can be sold at each dealer counter.
- Ensure that all SOPs are rolled out in a timely manner.
- Address Dealer/Paint Contractor grievances (if any) in time and close them.
- Ensure hiring of the right people for the right jobs (Sales Technologists and Business Developers partnering with HR business partner and ensure their retention.
- Also support Sales Technologists to hire ISCs for supporting WB Machine Dealers.
- Closely monitor business development at all Tint Machine Dealerships.
