Job description
Location: Pune / Nagpur / Chennai (Preferred),
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Office)
Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Experience: 5–8 Years
Education: MBA (HR / Operations) – Mandatory
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience: should have 5–8 years in HR Operations with strong end to end employee onboarding.
- Solid knowledge in New Indian Labour Laws and Compliance is mandatory.
- Should have experience of managing a team of at least 3 direct reports.
- Education: MBA in HR or Operations is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in: MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards), PPT, Mail Merge
- Experience with any ERP- Workday (preferred)
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
