Role Description
The Regional Sales Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Maharashtra, India. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies for crushing, screening, and material handling solutions within the assigned region. The individual will manage key customer accounts, identify new business opportunities,



and build long-term relationships with stakeholders in mining, quarrying, and infrastructure segments. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, coordinating product demonstrations, and collaborating with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Regional Sales Manager will also track sales performance, report on regional trends, and support marketing initiatives to drive growth and brand presence.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in regional or industrial sales, preferably in heavy equipment, mining, construction, or related sectors.
