Role: Salesforce Core Cloud Technical Lead

Position Summary You will be part of our rapidly growing Salesforce practice helping to shape and deliver the right outcomes for our clients. Working with our wider Salesforce practice you will deliver market-defining Salesforce projects across various Salesforce Clouds. You will operate across the project lifecycle from discovery through to development, test, training, and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities Development of Client Solutions
- Participate in discovery sessions and provide effort estimations based on business requirements.
- Plan and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Review technical requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Communicate with business users and clients to understand expectations and project goals.
- Lead and participate in code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.




- Participate in technical design discussions, database design, coding, testing, implementation, and application maintenance.
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Flows, and declarative tools.
- Manage technical delivery of integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Provide hands-on support for solution architecture, application development, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Oversee UI development, application customization, configuration, data migration, and deployment on the Salesforce platform.
- Guide clients and development teams on technology decisions, processes, and implementation approaches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.

- Mentor and train new team members.
- Support the continuous development of existing team members.
