Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage and strengthen relationships with our distributors and customers in the automotive aftermarket business. The role involves handling customer enquiries, order management, billing support, and coordination with warehouse and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and management skills to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners in the automotive aftermarket network.
- Handle customer enquiries related to product availability, pricing, delivery timelines, and order status.
- Perform and coordinate invoice processing and billing support to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Oversee order management, including order entry, tracking,



and ensuring timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with the warehouse management team to ensure proper stock availability and smooth order fulfilment.
- Monitor and resolve customer issues related to orders, invoices, dispatch, or deliveries.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain records of orders, billing, and distributor communications.
- Work closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams for seamless operations.
- Provide timely updates to distributors and customers regarding order status and dispatch schedules.
- Support the team with good management practices to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
