Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Solution Architect to lead the design, configuration, integration, and implementation of OFSC solutions. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in OFSC modules, integrations, solution architecture, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end OFSC solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Configure OFSC modules, including Resource Management, Capacity & Quota, Routing, Mobility, Communication, Collaboration, Core Manage, and Business Rules.
- Customize OFSC Manage and Mobility screens to meet customer needs.
- Design and support integrations between OFSC and Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, and third-party applications.
- Configure APIs, outbound payloads, notifications, and middleware integrations.
- Create functional and technical design documentation.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams,



and Oracle Support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead and mentor consultants, developers, and testers.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.

Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC).
- Hands-on experience in OFSC configuration, solution design, and architecture.
- Strong expertise in OFSC APIs, integrations, routing, capacity management, and mobility.
- Experience integrating OFSC with Oracle CX, Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, and enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Certification.
- Experience in field service transformation programs.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
