We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Costing & Budgeting Executive to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in product costing, budgeting, variance analysis, inventory cost control, and management reporting to support business profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:-

Product Costing
• Prepare BOM costing and routing costs
• Calculate raw material, labor, and overhead costs
• Maintain standard costing systems
• Analyze actual vs. standard costs and identify variances
• Support pricing decisions with accurate cost data

Budgeting & Forecasting
• Prepare annual operating budgets
• Develop monthly production-based forecasts
• Monitor budget vs. actual performance
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and finance teams

Variance Analysis
• Analyze material, labor, and overhead variances
• Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions





Inventory & Cost Control
• Monitor inventory valuation (RM, WIP, FG)
• Track slow-moving and obsolete inventory
• Ensure accurate cost allocation
• Support stock audits and cycle counts

MIS & Reporting
• Prepare monthly cost reports and dashboards
• Report on cost per unit, production efficiency, waste, and scrap analysis
• Present actionable insights to management

Process Improvement & Compliance
• Drive cost-saving initiatives
• Improve costing systems and reporting accuracy
• Support internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards

Required Skills:-

• Robust knowledge of manufacturing costing concepts
• Expertise in Standard Costing & Variance Analysis
• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Dashboards)
• Experience with SAP ERP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective cross-functional coordination abilities
