Key Responsibilities
- Teach English Language and Literature as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and examinations to evaluate student progress.
- Maintain accurate academic records and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Incorporate innovative teaching strategies and technology to enhance learning.
- Encourage students to participate in literary activities, debates, public speaking,



and creative writing competitions.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, coordinators, and school leadership to achieve academic goals.
- Attend staff meetings, training programs, school events, and other professional development activities.
- Perform additional academic responsibilities assigned by the school management.

Eligibility
- B.Ed. or M.A. (English).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE or reputed school is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
