We're Hiring: Channel Partnerships Lead — India ??

OnDemand International is hiring a Channel Partnerships Lead to run and grow our India partner network — one of our biggest growth engines for the year ahead.

We work with businesses and individuals across the world on company incorporation, compliance, banking, and immigration/mobility solutions across 20+ jurisdictions. This role is about converting professionals who already serve our target clients into active, revenue-generating referral partners.

We'd especially love to hear from people with a
fintech partnerships or fintech BD background
— fintech BD professionals tend to already move in the same circles as CA/CS/CMA firms, and that overlap is exactly what makes this role a fit.
*To be clear though — this is not a fintech sales role. It's a channel partnerships role, and a fintech background is one strong path in, not the only one.*

existing,



active personal network of CA (Chartered Accountants), CS (Company Secretaries), and CMA (Cost & Management Accountants) professionals
in Delhi/NCR. You should already know these people well enough to get a meeting on a phone call — not start from a cold list.

What you'll do
- Activate and grow a network of CA/CS/CMA firms, fintechs, and other referral partners across Delhi/NCR (and beyond)
- Pitch, negotiate, and onboard new partners quickly, using relationships you already have
- Get partners actively referring business — not just signed on paper
- Help partners understand our global offerings well enough to spot the right opportunities for their clients
- Own the partner pipeline, referral process, and revenue number — you report it, you hit it
