Job Title: Project Manager – Software Development

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage software development, CRM

implementation, business automation, and system integration projects. The ideal candidate

should be able to coordinate with clients, developers, designers, and internal stakeholders to

ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage software development and business automation projects from requirement

gathering through final deployment.

● Communicate directly with clients to understand their business processes, requirements,

and priorities.

● Convert business requirements into detailed project plans, tasks, milestones, and

deliverables.

● Coordinate with developers, designers, QA engineers, and other team members.

● Monitor project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and team performance.





● Conduct regular client meetings and provide weekly progress updates.

● Identify project risks, dependencies, blockers, and scope changes at an early stage.

● Ensure proper project documentation, including requirements, workflows, meeting notes,

and user acceptance criteria.

● Manage client feedback, testing, user acceptance, and production deployment.

● Maintain project tasks, timesheets, and documentation using tools such as Zoho

Projects, Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.

● Ensure that all projects meet the company’s quality and communication standards.

Required Skills and Experience

● Minimum 3 years of experience managing software development, CRM, ERP, SaaS, or

automation projects.

● Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.

● Experience working with CRM, ERP, APIs, third-party integrations, and workflow

automation projects.
