About the Role

Looks Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with prospective students, explain our beauty and hair courses, and convert inquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve admission targets through effective follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
- Call leads generated through social media, websites, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns.
- Explain academy courses, fees, schedules, and career opportunities to prospective students.
- Counsel students and parents to help them choose the right course.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads until admission is confirmed.
- Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions in the Excel.




- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for lead management.
- Handle WhatsApp and email inquiries professionally.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students through excellent customer service.
- Prepare daily call reports and submit admission updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, counseling, inside sales, or lead conversion.
- Solid communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in an educational institute, academy, training center, or service industry will be an added advantage.
