Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire InsuranceNow Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Guidewire InsuranceNow implementations, requirement gathering, solution analysis, and stakeholder management. The candidate will work closely with business users, product owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders and SMEs.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend InsuranceNow-based solutions.
- Work on Guidewire InsuranceNow modules such as Policy Administration, Billing, and Claims.
- Collaborate with development, QA,



and integration teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Reviews.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect triage, and production releases.
- Ensure requirement traceability and project documentation.
- Support production enhancements and change requests.

Mandatory Skills
- 8–12 years of Business Analysis experience.
- 3+ years of Guidewire InsuranceNow implementation or enhancement experience.
- Strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance.
- Expertise in Policy Administration, Billing, Claims, Underwriting, Rating, Renewals, Endorsements, and Cancellations.
- Experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Mapping, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Valuable understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluenc
