Role & responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee performance.
- Implement talent management strategies, including recruitment, onboarding, and development of talent.
- Drive performance management processes, supporting leaders in setting objectives and providing feedback.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance job satisfaction.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing HR inquiries and resolving conflict
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources, preferably in retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Proficient in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and implement actionable insights.
