The HR Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to support strategic and operational decision-making. The role ensures accurate HR reporting, workforce analytics, compliance, and process improvement while providing insights that enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
HR Data Management
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Conduct regular HR data audits.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports.
- Analyze workforce metrics such as:
- Headcount
- Turnover
- Retention
- Absenteeism
- Recruitment metrics
- Diversity and inclusion metrics
- Develop dashboards and reports for leadership.
- Offer acceptance rate
- Provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.
Performance & Talent Analytics
- Support performance management reporting.
- Analyze employee engagement and performance trends.
- Identify workforce risks and opportunities.
HRIS Management
- Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Generate reports from HRIS platforms.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and user training.
Compliance
- Ensure HR reporting complies with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Support internal and external HR audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or HR certification is desirable.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or HR reporting.
