Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Hyderabad. The Business Development Associate will identify and qualify leads, build and maintain relationships with potential partners and institutional clients, and support revenue growth for the platform. Daily activities include conducting market research, reaching out to prospective customers, preparing and delivering presentations on Conquer E-Learning’s offerings,



and following up to convert opportunities into long-term engagements. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and reporting on business development activities and outcomes.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in presentation-related skills, such as developing effective presentations and delivering them confidently to individuals and groups.
- Experience with lead generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing outreach campaigns.
- Ability to conduct structured market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in education, EdTech, or related sectors.
