We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented
fresher’s
to join our team for a
Non-Voice US Mortgage Process

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform
title search and data entry
related to US mortgage documents.
- Type and process
mortgage documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review and extract information from property records and legal documents.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure timely delivery of reports.
- Adhere to internal quality standards and SLA timelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve process-related issues.
- Work in night shifts to support the US-based process.

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of
MS Office
(Word, Excel).




- Valuable typing speed
(minimum 30-35 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
- Good analytical and comprehension skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in
night shifts
(US timings).

Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (preferably B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, etc.) No LLB.
- Experience:
Fresher’s are welcome. Prior experience in mortgage process is a plus.
- Location Preference:
Candidates must be from or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.

Work Schedule:
- Shift:
Night Shift (US Time Zone).
- Working Days:
5 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday off).
