The Opportunity
We are looking for our
Zero-to-One Builder
. As our Entrepreneur in Residence, you aren't just joining a team, you are coming in to invent, break, and scale things. You will act as part product manager, part hacker, and part community architect, working directly with the founding team to build entirely current ventures within the Nofolios ecosystem.

What You Will Actually Do
- Experiment Relentlessly:
Identify untapped opportunities and launch scrappy pilots, growth loops, and industry partnerships.
- Write the Playbook:
Take raw, successful experiments and operationalize them into sustainable, core offerings for the community.
- Architect the Experience:
Shape high-stakes capstone projects and residency structures that push designers out of their comfort zones.
- Own the Outcomes:
You own the metrics. Test fast, fail fast, and scale the winners.
