About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR &
Talent Acquisition
Manager to lead our recruitment efforts while managing end-to-end HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who can build high-performing teams, ensure smooth employee operations, support leadership in strategic HR initiatives, and coordinate client invoicing and payment follow-ups. You will play a key role in driving the complete employee lifecycle while contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top technical and non-technical talent.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.




- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements.
- Negotiate compensation packages with candidates while ensuring alignment with company budgets.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

HR Operations
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Oversee employee attendance, leave management, and HRMS records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance team to ensure timely salary processing.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
