EnglishBhashi is an AI-powered language learning platform building the future of spoken language education for learners across Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 cities in India. Were looking for a data-driven Product Analyst who can transform user behavior into actionable product insights and help shape product decisions.

Role Overview

As a Product Analyst, youll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Growth teams to understand user behavior, identify opportunities, and measure the impact of product initiatives. Your insights will directly influence feature prioritization, user experience, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain product dashboards to track key metrics such as Activation, DAU, MAU, Retention, Engagement, Conversion, and Feature Adoption.
- Analyze user journeys and identify drop-offs across onboarding, learning, and subscription funnels.
- Conduct cohort, funnel, retention, and behavioral analysis to uncover actionable insights.
- Design, measure, and evaluate A/B tests and product experiments.




- Collaborate with Product Managers to define success metrics for new features.
- Monitor product health and proactively identify anomalies or opportunities.
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for product and business teams.
- Work with engineering teams to ensure accurate event tracking and analytics implementation.

Required Skills
- 1 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar analytics role.
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB queries.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Metabase
- Amplitude
- Microsoft Clarity
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Strong understanding of product metrics, including:
- Activation
- Retention
- Engagement
- Funnel Analysis
- Cohort Analysis
- Feature Adoption
- Experience working with product experimentation and A/B testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
