We're looking for a highly accountable
Site Supervisor
who takes complete ownership of site execution and believes that excellence lies in the details. If you're passionate about delivering flawless residential interiors, managing multiple vendors, and ensuring projects are completed right the first time, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Site Execution & Ownership

✅ Manage residential interior projects from site handover to final client sign-off

✅ Monitor daily site activities and ensure timely execution as per project schedules

✅ Maintain site discipline, safety standards, cleanliness, and housekeeping

✅ Track project progress and proactively identify execution risks





Vendor & Workforce Management

✅ Coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling teams, and other specialized vendors

✅ Ensure work is executed strictly as per approved drawings and specifications

✅ Resolve in office issues quickly while maintaining quality and timelines

Measurement, BOQ & Material Planning

✅ Take accurate site measurements

✅ Prepare and verify BOQs for materials and execution requirements

✅ Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage

✅ Verify delivered materials against project specifications

Control

✅ Conduct regular quality inspections throughout execution

✅ Cross-check electrical, plumbing, appliance, and furniture requirements before installation

✅ Identify and prevent errors before they become costly rework

✅ Ensure premium finishing standards across all project stages

Drawing & Technical Coordination

✅ Read and interpret AutoCAD d
