Job Summary
Smiley Events is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be target-oriented, and be passionate about sales, client relationships, and event marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate current leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and field visits.
- Meet potential clients and explain our event services.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into bookings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution.
- Prepare quotations and assist in closing sales.
- Promote Smiley Events through digital and offline marketing activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms.
- Willingness to travel within Coimbatore for client meetings.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
