About Hygiene Care Division (Approx. 1350 cr) HCD is into Hygiene, Utensil and Laundry care division. It has five manufacturing units in India and two in Bangladesh & One in Ethiopia. Product segments of RSPL ltd. for international markets are taken care by HCD division.

- Drive continuous improvement of the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of PMS frameworks, policies, goal setting, calibration, and performance reviews.

2. Talent & Leadership Development
- Develop and execute talent development initiatives including succession planning, Hi-Po identification, talent reviews, Individual Development Plans (
