We are looking for a passionate, skilled, and experienced Lucknowi Mughlai Chef who can bring the true essence of Awadhi cuisine to our kitchen.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lucknowi Mughlai Chef based in Bhopal. The Chef will be responsible for preparing authentic Lucknowi and Mughlai cuisine using traditional recipes and cooking techniques while ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation. The role requires maintaining the rich culinary heritage of Awadhi cuisine while delivering an outstanding dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities




- Prepare and present authentic Lucknowi and Mughlai cuisine using traditional recipes and cooking techniques.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion control across all dishes.
- Plan and develop seasonal menus, signature offerings, and special-event menus while preserving authentic flavours.
- Oversee ingredient preparation, food production, and kitchen operations to ensure smooth and effective service.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP compliance.
- Monitor food quality, inventory levels, food costs, and wastage to optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Executive Chef, F&B; team, and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Respond to guest feedback and continuously improve culinary offerings and service quality.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to established culinary standards.
