With over two decades of experience, Sheelaa M Bajaj has guided thousands of individuals, entrepreneurs, celebrities, and families across India and globally through numerology, name corrections, tarot, Akashic Records, hypnotherapy, and energy wellness. We run an active YouTube channel, a thriving online course business, and a fast-growing e-commerce platform. Social media is not a support function for us — it is our primary growth engine.

THE ROLE

You will own the brand's entire social media presence strategy, content, community, campaigns, and performance across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and WhatsApp. You will work directly with the founder and the leadership team, and your content will reach hundreds of thousands of people.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Develop and execute a monthly social media strategy across all platforms




- Build and manage a content calendar planned at least 4 weeks in advance
- Write compelling captions and scripts that educate, inspire, and convert
- Grow followers and engagement organically through strategic content and hashtag research
- Manage DMs and comments across all platforms in the brand's warm, spiritual voice
- Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta and YouTube to drive consultation bookings
- Track performance weekly and present monthly reports with insights and recommendations
- Identify influencer collaboration and brand partnership opportunities
- Stay ahead of algorithm changes, content trends, and recent AI tools
- Manage the YouTube channel, Google My Business, and brand reputation
