Key Responsibilities

Drive category strategy to achieve sales, margin, and inventory targets.
Develop winning assortments, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Lead sourcing, vendor management, and product lifecycle planning.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competition to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize inventory, forecasting, and replenishment to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with merchandising, retail, marketing, and supply chain teams for seamless execution.




Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing buying teams.

What We're Looking For

8–12+ years of experience in Lingerie and/or Beauty Buying, Merchandising, or Category Management.
Robust commercial acumen with expertise in assortment planning and inventory management.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for consumer trends, innovation, and delivering business growth.
