Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale

Generative AI
solutions.
- Build and optimize
RAG
, indexing, embedding, and hybrid search pipelines.
- Develop AI applications using
LangChain

LlamaIndex
, or similar frameworks.
- Implement
Proof of Concepts (POCs)
and drive technical design decisions.
- Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, latency, and reliability.
- Establish AI evaluation, monitoring, and continuous feedback processes.

Qualifications
- 6–9 years of experience in
AI/ML, NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI
.
- Strong experience with
LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering
, and transformer models.
- Hands-on experience with
LangChain
,
LlamaIndex
,



or equivalent frameworks.
- Expertise in
Vector Search
,
Azure AI Search
,
OpenSearch
, or
Elasticsearch
.
- Solid knowledge of
NLP
, document indexing, chunking, ranking, and embeddings.
- Proficiency in
Python
and building production-grade AI applications.
- Experience with
Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio

Power Automate
, or
Power Apps
is a plus.
- Exposure to model fine-tuning, embedding optimization, caching strategies, and cloud platforms (
Azure/AWS/GCP
) is preferred.
