About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and support the organization's growth. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Nutraceutical, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing industry with robust exposure to strategic hiring, HR operations, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, and manpower budgeting while partnering with business leaders to meet hiring objectives.
- Oversee HR operations, employee lifecycle management, performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation, while ensuring compliance with PF, ESIC, Payroll, Bonus, Gratuity, and applicable labour laws.





Candidate Profile
- Candidates should possess an MBA in Human Resources with 6–10 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in the Nutraceutical, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing sector.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, statutory compliance, and HR operations is essential.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in organizations engaged in nutraceuticals, biotechnology, pharmaceutical ingredients, food ingredients, functional foods, or other regulated manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
