We're Hiring | Construction Site Supervisor | Hyderabad

AS Developers is looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our growing team and oversee residential and commercial construction projects in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Manage labor deployment, attendance, and productivity.
- Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.




- Resolve on-site issues efficiently and communicate updates to the management team.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial building construction.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction quality standards and safety practices.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).

Pay: ₹8,970.22 - ₹35,593.99 per month
