Job Summary Nature Bloom Resort is looking for dedicated, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and resort premises. The ideal candidate should take pride in creating a clean, welcoming, and hygienic environment for our guests. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas. Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities. Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas. Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the management. Ensure housekeeping supplies are properly stocked and organized. Follow cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times. Assist with room preparation before guest check-in and after check-out. Support the housekeeping team during busy periods and special events. Requirements 0–2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort,
or similar establishment (Freshers are welcome). Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties. Honest, reliable, and punctual. Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and shifts. Advantages Salary: ₹8,000 per month Staff meals during duty. Accommodation (if applicable).
