Role Overview

The Process Lead - Loan Processing will serve as an integral member of the mortgage operations team, supporting the end-to-end processing of U.S. mortgage loan files from submission through closing.

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day file progression, tracking underwriting conditions, coordinating with borrowers and lending partners, reviewing documentation for completeness, and ensuring every file moves efficiently toward funding.
