Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer with a strong background in sales and proven expertise in training frontline sales teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the capabilities of sales executives and sales representatives through structured training programs, field coaching, and performance-driven learning interventions.

The role requires regular travel across Pune to project sites and sales offices to conduct classroom and on-field training sessions, ensuring consistent sales excellence across locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver impactful sales training programs for frontline sales teams across multiple projects and sales locations.
- Conduct induction training for current employees and refresher training for existing sales teams.
- Train sales professionals on sales processes, customer engagement, product presentation, objection handling, negotiation,



and closing techniques.
- Conduct role plays, field coaching, mock sales interactions, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, participant feedback, and sales performance metrics.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend learning interventions to improve sales productivity and conversion rates.
- Develop and update training content, presentations, sales scripts, SOPs, and learning materials.
- Collaborate with Sales Heads, Project Heads, and business stakeholders to align training initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide continuous coaching to improve individual and team performance.
- Ensure consistency in sales practices, customer experience, and process adherence across all sales locations.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 6-12 years of experience
