Job Title: IT & GeM Tender Executive (Fresher / 0–2 Years)

Location: New Delhi (or as per project requirement)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Office Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Hiring for Two Positions

We are hiring 2 Tender Executives to join our Tender Management team.

Position 1 – IT Tender Executive (1 Vacancy)

Responsible for handling Government and Private Sector IT tenders, software development tenders, AMC, IT infrastructure, and manpower-related opportunities through GeM, CPP Portal, and other e-procurement platforms.

Position 2 – GeM Manpower Tender Executive (1 Vacancy)

Responsible for handling Government Manpower Outsourcing tenders, staffing contracts, facility management, and manpower procurement through GeM and other Government procurement portals.

Freshers are encouraged to apply. Complete training will be provided to selected candidates.

Common Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant tenders on the GeM Portal, CPP Portal,



and other e-procurement websites.
- Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, and bid requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial/financial bid documents.
- Collect and organize required documents from HR, Finance, Technical, and Management teams.
- Prepare compliance sheets, declarations, affidavits, and supporting documents.
- Upload and submit bids on GeM and other tender portals.
- Maintain tender records, bid status, work orders, and documentation.
- Monitor corrigendums, bid openings, technical evaluations, and award status.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely bid submission.
- Perform other tender-related administrative work as assigned.
