About the Role

Affinity Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-oriented
Sales Executives – Home Loans & Mortgage
to join our growing team. Candidates with experience in
Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage, Business Loans, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services Sales
are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle
inbound and outbound customer calls
for Home Loan and Mortgage inquiries.
- Generate quality leads through calling, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable Home Loan and Mortgage solutions.
- Convert leads into successful loan logins and disbursements.
- Build strong relationships with customers, DSAs, channel partners, banks, and NBFCs.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Requirements
- 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in
Home Loans, Mortgage, LAP, Business Loans, Banking, or NBFC Sales
.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
- Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
