Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and onboard clients for our recruitment services. The role involves cold calling, lead generation, client meetings, and building long-term business relationships.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Connect with HR Managers, Founders, Business Owners, and decision-makers.
- Present Axiona Health's recruitment and hiring solutions to potential clients.
- Schedule and attend client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Convert prospects into active recruitment clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.




- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team after successful client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and client interactions.

Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates (0–2 years) can apply.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident personality with strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel locally for business meetings when required.
