About the Role

As Client Servicing Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our brand clients — and you'll know this world already, because you've done it before at an influencer marketing agency. You'll own the client relationship end to end: understanding briefs, recommending the right creator mix, aligning internal teams, and ensuring influencer campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and beyond expectations. You are the bridge between what the brand wants and what our creator and campaign teams execute.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for a portfolio of brand clients, building strong, trusted relationships with client-side marketing teams




- Understand client briefs, business objectives, and target audiences, and translate them into clear influencer campaign briefs — including creator selection rationale, deliverable formats, and content direction
- Coordinate with creator relations and campaign execution teams on influencer shortlisting, negotiations, content approvals, and go-live schedules
- Manage campaign timelines, content deliverables (reels, stories, YouTube integrations, etc.), and client approvals — keeping clients informed at every stage
- Prepare and present campaign proposals, creator decks, and post-campaign performance reports with platform metrics
- Handle day-to-day client communication: calls, emails, WhatsApp coordination, and review meetings
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and support renewals
